two weeks ago i brought a packet of huggies walker nappies that turned out to be a dud, the inside kept fulling apart and they leaked if i put it on my daughter.. i was beyond angry because i had experianced the same thing with a different brand of nappies and ended up having to buy 2 more packets of nappies (which was extra money out of my pocket)
Feeling that i was ripped off, i sent in a complaint to the website to vent and tell them how i felt, this had worked as i got it all off my chest and had forgotten about what happened till just minutes ago when i got a knock at the door from a man with a parcel...
the company had sent me a replacement pack!
Im very much shocked and just wow ..

tbh i didnt think i would get free nappies but omg im so happy big_smile
nappies are $20 for a 36 pack (and thats on special) and someday you just dont have enough money to buty extra packs when you get one that is a dude!!.. and to just receive this made my year ^__^
bloody woolys didnt do this!!
